If we work together, we will explore the difficulty you are experiencing now, your past and present relationships, the way you think about yourself and others and the way you behave in the world. We may also have a close look at your childhood and family of origin.

As our relationship develops I will encourage you to explore your inner experiences to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and help open new paths forward.


My particular therapeutic style is Humanistic and I believe that an accepting relationship between me, the therapist, and you, the client helps bring about change in its own right. I integrate a number of different theories into my work by drawing on ideas from Focusing and Gestalt therapy and by using Attachment and Winnicottian theory to frame my thinking. I will be pleased to talk about this if you are interested.
